Amanda Mosle Friedman

Director of Online Strategy
& Business Development

Amanda began her career in 1996, working out of Paris for eCrossings’ parent company, Lebhar-Friedman (LF), which was founded by her grandfather in 1925. From there, she worked with LF’s Business Communications Group as a strategic consultant, covering the French, German and English markets.

In 2001, she was transferred to London where she gained editorial experience as the European Editor for LF’s foodservice publication, Nation’s Restaurant News, in addition to developing relationships and business opportunities in the European market for LF. She has been involved with the company’s Spanish operation since its acquisition in 2001, serves on the executive strategic planning committee, and regularly participates in board meetings, all of which have served to give her broad exposure to and experience in a number of different areas in business.

Upon completion of both an executive secondment with the online division of Haymarket's Brand Republic group in the UK, and an accreditation in Consulting for Digital Publishing, backed by the UK equivalent of the ABM, she was relocated to New York in January 2009 to join the eCrossings Media team.

Amanda has a B.A. from New York University in French Literature and Political Science, and completed a one-year program at the Political Institute of Paris (Sciences-Po). Raised in New York City, she has lived extensively in Paris and London, in addition to spending significant amounts of time in South Africa, Uruguay, and various countries on Continental Europe. She speaks fluent French and English, and is working toward Spanish.
